Two bedroom unit (living room with door used as third bedroom) with lots of windows located on State Street. Largest bedroom in 800 square feet unit available for sublet. Bedroom comes with furniture including full size bed, dresser, clothes rack, and desk if needed. Two female roommates, so female renters preferred. Sublet begins May 15, 2025 and goes through August 14, 2025. At the time of this posting (February 12, 2025), unit has NOT been signed for the fall, so summer renter may have opportunity to re-sign.
