Private room for sublease (starting in winter)

I'm subleasing my spacious private room from mid january to august (dates flexible). I'm subleasing for a discount at $850, but the rent price is negotiable! This house is fully furnished, and the room already has a bed, 2 closets, clothing rack, shoe rack, desk, and nightstand. (These can also be removed if you prefer) The house is a great location near the Capitol and State St and has lots of big windows and hardwood floors, a dining room, living room, screen-in porch, and a balcony. Laundry is free in unit, and we have a tv with various streaming channels as well. It's a 6 bedroom house with 5 girls, but a few of my roommates might also be gone for the summer.
