1B1B Summer 2025 sublet near Kohl Center

I’m looking to sublease my apartment during the summer of 2025. The location is on Frances St. near Kohl Center. The unit is available from May 11th to July 31st; the start date is negotiable (can be early as late April), but the end date cannot be later. Rent is $1000/mo, and I will charge proportionally according to your start date; e.g. for a May 15th start date, I will charge $2500 for the whole term. Rent only includes water; no other utilities are included. Pets and smoking are not allowed. If you would like me to leave furniture (e.g. bed, desk) or household items in the unit, please let me know and we can discuss.
