I love living here- not only is the location great but our landlord is one of the nicest landlords I’ve ever worked with. This is my 5th year leasing with him.

My roommates are in the same graduate program as me- the cellular and molecular biology PhD program. They are very sweet and respectful and I have lived with them now for multiple years. Their hobbies include cooking, knitting, being outside on a nice day, going to the farmer's market, enjoying a cup of coffee, reality TV, and snuggling with my cat Winnie. They typically are in the lab during the day but sometimes work from home and the three of us are not usually night owls. We will sometimes have friends over. We value keeping the main areas clean and try to do a deep clean of the apartment once a month.
