Looking to sublet the entire unit from March 30th - August 11th. Willing to negotiate available date if needed sooner. There is no option to renew the lease after August 11th, as the building will be undergoing renovations starting then. This apartment does not come furnished. Willing to leave a few items if needed.

This value at this price is hard to come by! We have been told by numerous friends that this is the coolest apartment they have ever been to. We have loved living here, and truly believe it is the best place to live in downtown Madison. Can send a lot more pictures upon request.
