Hey everyone, we're two guys looking to sublease my part of my lease for a 2 bed/bath in Middleton, the lease is until July 10th, 2024
* it's about 900 sq ft
* completely furnished with bar stools, TV, sofa, etc. - willing to sell bed/mattress/desk as well for ~$500
* it's in middleton, so about a 20 minute commute from Epic and UW Madison

* rent is $987.50 (not including gas/electric and wifi - we have TDS wifi)
* My roommate will continue to live here until the end of the lease, so i'm just looking for a single person to take over my portion of the lease for January - July
